Our Open Days

We offer individual open days for anyone whose circumstances are suitable to consider free range egg production. As a rule of thumb, in the current economic climate, any potential new entrants will probably have to have equity and capital comprising unencumbered land and additional cash of approximately £100,000, with bank funding providing the balance for the project. Our Financial Analyst, Mick Thomas, is available to discuss the costs and financing of a free range unit with anyone considering it so please contact him on 01283 736626 for an initial assessment of your own situation, which is completely free of charge

At the Open Day, you will amass sufficient knowledge to ask the right questions to enable you to accurately assess the potential of any working unit and will also understand the reasons why a unit may not be performing to its target, and how to make an accurate judgement of possible performance and value.

(no wellies needed, just a waterproof in case of bad weather!)
